GPA Executive Board
The GPA Board meets weekly to discuss program operations, upcoming events, and internal affairs. Meetings are attended by the five elected GPA officers and the heads of each of the four branches.
Ferenc Brezo
President
Class of 2028 | Philosophy, Politics, & Economics
Feri is a sophomore, coming from a Hungarian family in Slovakia. His main interests are geoeconomics, foreign policy, Transatlantic relations, and international business. Prior to becoming GPA President, he served as the Executive Vice President of the Penn Political Union and a Staff Writer for the Penn Political Review. On campus, he is active in many organizations, including being a Project Lead for the PPC, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity, the Pi Lambda Sigma pre-government fraternity, the Alexander Hamilton Society, and the Assembly of International Students. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, traveling, reading poetry, and mountain hiking.

Simon Webber

Simon is a junior studying Economics with a minor in Real Estate from Portland, Maine. Within the GPA, he is active in the Penn Political Union and Polybian branches. He is also the president of Young Americans for Liberty on campus, looking to spread libertarian values to the great students of Penn. He enjoys reading, debates, history, geopolitics, architecture, economics, theology, listening to jazz, playing jazz, mountain climbing, snowboarding, and hitting pottruck. You can also find him on stage at a Chris’ Jazz Cafe late night jam playing keys.

Eliav Zendehdel

Eliav is a freshman from Los Angeles studying Philosophy, Politics & Economics and Law & Society. He’s interested in American political thought and the moral philosophy that fuels political decision-making. As a huge film buff, Eliav chronicles his hobby with frequent film reviews and rankings.

Vincent Chen

Vincent is a freshman, originally born in New York City, now residing in Philadelphia. Currently studying political science in the College, with a minor in Legal Studies and History. Previously involved with PPR. Currently involved with club lacrosse. He enjoys reading political theory, history, and going to the gym.

Eden Liu
Chief of Staff
Class of 2027 | PPE; Economics
Eden is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences from Taipei, Taiwan, studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Legal Studies and History. He has been involved in GPA through the Penn Political Union. He is also president of the Model Congress@Penn and Penn Taiwanese Society and an opinion columnist for the Daily Pennsylvanian. His main interests include constitutional law, electoral reform, and Indo-Pacific strategy. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, making models, badminton, and running

Peter is a freshman in the College studying History and PPE from Pennsylvania. Within GPA, he is involved in the Penn Political Review and Forum for Legislative Action. In his spare time he enjoys swimming and exploring Philadelphia.
