Our federal branch presented the ‘Homelessness Oversight and Measurement Enhancement’ (HOME ACT), Measures for Contextualizing National Homelessness and our state branch presented the HOPE Act, Helping Overdose Prevention in Education. Through their efforts and engagement, they spoke to stakeholders, did research, and created a policy proposal entirely from scratch to present to those in the federal and PA Governments.
